Freelance Writer – Commercial Real Estate Finance

We are looking for freelance writers with a commercial real estate finance background to produce well-written, high-quality content about commercial real estate loans and investments. This job will be paid on a project basis with the opportunity for a long-term freelance relationship.

The freelance writer will create content for that provides original and dependable information on loans for borrowers and investors. The writer should be comfortable with B2B writing, brainstorming and creating content that will increase traffic from brokers looking for a lender and non-traditional investors looking for investment opportunities.

An ideal candidate has a degree in economics, finance or works in commercial real estate and is looking for a relevant side gig. Work will be done remotely, although the ability to visit a NYC or LA office would be advantageous. All work should be carefully written, with an eye to detail.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Write high-quality content on commercial real estate loans
Finance, commercial real estate background
Economics, real estate, finance degree is a plus
Excellent knowledge of loans, financing, and commercial real estate
Good writing skills
